What is covered in our sessions?

  • We aim to work, flexibly, with you for 6-8 sessions.
  • These sessions can be spaced to best suit you
  • During these sessions, we will work through a programme that focusses on various elements of Mental Wellbeing.
  • At the beginning, middle and end of the sessions, we will measure outcomes using a Mental Health Wellbeing Questionnaire to review your wellbeing and see if we need to offer additional support
